Russian missile attack rocks Ukrainian capital and other regions

Loud explosions rocked the Ukrainian capital on Monday morning as Russia launched ballistic and cruise missiles. The attack comes just a week after Russia unleashed one of its biggest drone and missile attacks on Ukraine, knocking out the country's energy grid.
