Republicans slam Biden in Afghan withdrawal report

US Republicans have released a damning report on the Biden
administration's withdrawal from Afghanistan, blaming it for ignoring
warnings and botching the exit.

The House Foreign Affairs Committee report comes three years after the
US pulled its final troops out of the country.
