Religiously biased signboards removed from public areas in an Indian state after police swing into action

Police in India have responded to allegations that discriminatory signs have been put up across one of the county's northern provinces.  

These signboards stated that non-Hindus, Rohingya Muslims and hawkers were banned from carrying out business activities in the region.
