Two Chinese nationals have been kidnapped by armed assailants in the southeast of the Democratic Republic of Congo. Local authorities say the unidentified assailants ambushed a vehicle that the Chinese men were traveling in along a highway in Tanganyika province and killed two soldiers who were guarding them.
