Indian NSA in Russia reportedly with Modi's peace plan for Ukraine

Indian National Security Advisor Ajit Doval is in Moscow for a BRICS summit.

Reports suggest he's carrying with him a peace proposal for Russian President Vladmir Putin crafted by Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

In the last few months, Modi has met both Putin and Ukraine's Volodymyr Zelenskyy and has offered to help mediate a resolution off the battlefield.
