House set to vote to push back government shutdown, plus Secret Service funding

Members of the U.S. House are due to vote on Wednesday on another short-term funding bill to keep the government operating through until after the election.

They've also got the less divisive issue of Secret Service funding to approve; deemed key by all sides after two attempted assassinations of Donald Trump.
