21 missing after migrant shipwreck off coast of Lampedusa

At least 21 people are missing after a migrant shipwreck off the coast of the Italian island of Lampedusa.

The Italian coast guard rescued 7 people from the boat, with survivors saying it set off from Libya with 28 on board in total.
