Nigeria has received 10,000 doses of Mpox vaccines to help curb the spread of the disease.
The vaccines were donated by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) on Tuesday.
It is the first African country to receive doses to respond to the outbreak that has spread to 12 countries in the region and killed over 500 people.
