Putin pledges to “squeeze out” Ukrainian forces from Russia’s border regions

Russian President Vladimir Putin called Ukraine's recent incursion into the Kursk region an attempt to stop Moscow's offensive in Donbas and destabilise Russia politically. Regional authorities reported a dozen civilians were killed, over 100 wounded and thens of thousands had to be relocated since Kiev began its operation inside the Russian territory last week. Nonetheless, Vladimir Putin vowed to drive the enemy out of the Russian land and give Kiev a "worthy response". Daria Bondarchuk reports from Moscow.
