NGOs file lawsuits over EU climate policies

Environmental groups have filed a pair of lawsuits taking aim at the
European Union's climate policies.

The campaigners say the EU's emissions targets aren't ambitious enough
to meet the goals set in the 2015 Paris Agreement.
