Three million people have been impacted by widespread flooding in Bangladesh and at least 11 have died in the north eastern Indian region of Tripura following torrential rainfall.
Many in Dhaka are accusing India of causing 'artificial' floods by releasing excess water downstream.
New Delhi has denied that charge, and says the floods have been caused by unprecedented rainfall.
