Former US Representative George Santos is due in court on Monday, where he is expected to plead guilty to fraud charges.
The disgraced New York lawmaker faces several federal charges including wire fraud, money laundering and aggravated identity theft.
He's previously pleaded not guilty and maintains his innocence.
