The UK’s post service has responded to accusations there’s a postal vote backlog ahead of the general election on Thursday.
While there’s concern amongst political party leaders, Royal Mail disputes there is any delay.
It’s spokesperson says that all ballot packs are ‘delivered as soon as they arrive in their network’ and they are ‘confident all postal votes will be delivered prior to polling day’
