Donald Trump's sentencing is set to be postponed following the United States Supreme Court's controversial decision to provide criminal immunity for US presidents.
He was due to appear in court in New York next Thursday having been convicted for falsifying business records.
But Manhattan's District Attorney's office says it won't oppose delaying that sentencing after Trump argued his conviction should be overturned amid Monday's landmark Supreme Court ruling, as Benji Hyer explains.
