Trump on stage at RNC tells story of the assassination attempt on him

Donald Trump officially accepted the US Republican party's nomination to be a candidate for President for a third time on Thursday.
In an acceptance speech in Milwaukee, Wisconsin he spoke of the major campaign issues of immigration, crime and the economy.
He began the speech by telling the audience how he remembers the events from Saturday when he was nearly assassinated, and how it ended with Secret Service action.

Trump also devoted a section of his speech to pushing for peace and harmony in the world with pledges to end the war in Ukraine and between Israel and Hamas, but did not provide details about how he would do that. He also told other nations holding US citizens hostages they must return them or face consequences.
