Hurricane Beryl has smashed into the eastern edge of the Caribbean.
It is the strongest hurricane to pass through the region according to
data that goes all the way back to 1851.
The Category 4 hurricane brought winds of 240 kilometers an hour.
The storm made landfall initially on Carriacou [KER-E-KOO] Island on
Monday morning local time according to the National Hurricane Center.
Florida couple - Cole Crews and his wife Emily - are riding out the
storm with their sailboat in Grenada.
