Hungarian PM Orban makes surprise visit to Kyiv

Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban arrived in Kyiv on Tuesday to hold talks with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. An outspoken critic of western military aid to Ukraine, his visit comes a day after Hungary assumed the rotating presidency of the European Union Council.
