Washington moving to lift ban on sending US military contractors to Ukraine

The White House is taking steps to lift a de facto ban on deploying American military contractors to Ukraine, according to a CNN report citing unnamed US officials. The report says the move would help the Ukrainian military maintain and repair weapons systems provided by Washington more quickly.
