Republicans block bill to protect access to contraception

A bill that would create a federal right to access contraception in the US has fallen flat. Nearly all the Republicans in the US Senate voted against advancing the legislation, saying it was unnecessary and that the bill was meant to "scare the American people." Toni Waterman has more.
