Judge denied Alec Baldwin’s bid to have involuntary manslaughter case tossed

A New Mexico judge has denied a last ditch effort by Alec Baldwin to have his involuntary manslaughter case thrown out. Cinematographer Halyna Hutchins was killed by a prop gun Baldwin was holding while rehearsing on the movie set "Rust" in 2021. He has pleaded not guilty. Toni Waterman has more.
