Jailed Wall Street Journalist Evan Gershkovich appeared in Russian court on Wednesday as his hearing formally begins - behind closed doors. He stands accused of alleged espionage during a reporting trip to the city of Ekaterinburg in March 2023. Gershkovich's legal team denies all allegations.
