Former Uvalde school police chief indicted on child endangerment charges

The former Uvalde School District Police Chief Pete Arredondo has been criminally charged  with child endangerment - more than two years after 19 children and two teachers were killed at the Robb Elementary School. He was the presumed commander at the scene - where officers waited 77 minutes to confront the gunman. Toni Waterman has more.
