EU looking for ways to shield the bloc from Hungary’s veto

As Hungary prepares to assume the EU presidency on July 1, European capitals are increasingly worried about Prime Minister Viktor Orban's actions disrupting EU unity. The outgoing Belgian presidency has suggested a series of strategies to shield the EU from Orban's veto power.
