The far-right National Rally has dominated the first round of voting
in French parliamentary elections.
According to exit polls the anti-immigration party secured 34 percent
of the vote while the left-wing coalition won roughly 28 percent.
Emmanuel Macron's centrists came third. The French President is urging
voters to unite to block a National Rally majority in the runoff
election on July 7th.
