Ukraine should be allowed to strike inside Russia, French and German leaders say

French President Emmanual Macron and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz said Ukraine should be allowed to use western-supplied weapons to strike military targets inside Russian territory responsible for launching missiles at Ukraine.
