India's Reliance Industries has signed a deal with Russia's Rosneft to buy millions of barrels of oil each month using roubles, the news agency Reuters reports.
This comes as India has avoided condemning Moscow's war in Ukraine and has become the biggest buyer of seaborne Russian crude since the West halted purchases.
