EU officials say ICJ ruling must be respected

The European Union Foreign Affairs chief Josep Borrell has urged
Israel to cease its military offensive.

It comes days after the International Court of Justice ordered Israel
to halt its operations in Rafah and allow more humanitarian aid into
Gaza.
