E.U. members, the U.K. and the U.S. have criticised the passage of a new "foreign agent bill" in Georgia's parliament.
The legislation would require organisations that get more than a fifth of their funding from overseas to register as foreign agents.
There have been vast protests against the bill in Georgia, with critics saying it will push the country closer to Russia and away from integration with the E.U.
