US Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen has wrapped up a trip to China
where she raised concerns about how China's overproduction is flooding
the global market with cheap products and hurting US manufacturing.
The two countries are trying to maintain relations in the face of
recent setbacks, a week after the president Joe Biden and Xi Jinping
spoke by phone.
