Tesla says it’s laying off more than 10% of its workforce

Tesla is reportedly laying off more than 10% of its global workforce - that's according to a memo CEO Elon Musk sent out to employees. The electric vehicle giant has been struggling with slowing sales growth for months - as other EV makers like China's BYD gain market share. Toni Waterman has more.
