INTRO US Secretary of State Antony Blinken has arrived in Shanghai where he willl meet with business leaders before heading to Beijing for talks on Friday with Foreign Minister Wang Yi, and a likely meeting with President Xi Jinping.
Blinken's visit is the latest high-level contact between the two nations where topics to be disccused include the crisis in the Middle East, the war in Ukraine, Taiwan and the South China Sea.
