Uber pays $178m settlement with Australian drivers

US company Uber has agreed to pay $178 million dollars to settle a
lawsuit with thousands of taxi drivers in Australia.

The drivers brought the class action suit claiming they lost income
when the ride-hailing app started operating in the country in 2018.
