Russia says it is ready to return POW bodies from plane crash to Ukraine

According to Russia's state-run RIA news agency, Moscow is ready to hand over bodies from a military plane crash which took place in January, to Ukraine. Russia had accused Ukraine of shooting down the Ilyushin Il-76 plane allegedly carrying Ukrainian prisoners of war en route to a prisoner swap.
