India rejects China's claims on the contested region of Arunachal Pradesh

A long-standing border dispute between India and China has taken a turn for the worse, with both sides trading barbs over the contested region.

India has outright rejected China's objections to a visit by Prime Minister Narendra Modi to Arunachal Pradesh earlier this week- which Beijing claims as its own under South Tibet.
