US woman sentenced over son's school shooting

A US woman has been convicted of involuntary manslaughter in relation to her son's school shooting.

After 11 hours of deliberations, a jury found Jennifer Crumbley guilty of all four counts.

It's believed to be the first time a parent has been tried for manslaughter in connection with a mass shooting conducted by their child.

The 45-year-old is due to be sentenced on April 9.
