The United States has announced a raft of new sanctions against Russia, two years after its invasion of Ukraine.
The more than 500 sanctions are aimed at impeding Moscow's war effort, with some targeting people connected to the imprisonment of Russian opposition figure Alexei Navalny, who died last Friday.
President Joe Biden blames Russia's President Vladimir Putin for Navalny's death, an accusation the Kremlin denies.
