Spain's opposition PP wins regional elections in blow to PM Pedro Sanchez

In Spain, the conservative opposition People's Party has won regional elections in Galicia.

It's a setback for Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez and his Socialist party, which had been hoping to end the PP's years of dominance in the region.
