US President Joe Biden will *not* face criminal charges following a year-long investigation into his mishandling of classified documents containing details about military and foreign policy, and other sensitive national security matters.
A report, from the Justice Department's special counsel overseeing the probe, confirmed that Mr Biden "wilfully" retained materials marked 'top secret' in his private home and office, but it stopped short of recommending prosecution.
