Leader of Spanish opposition opens the door to pardon for Carles Puigdemont

The leader of Spain's main opposition, the People's Party, has revealed that he's willing to grant an amnesty to Carles Puigdemont.

Puigdemont has been living in self-imposed exile in Belgium since organising an illegal referendum for Catalonian independence in 2017.
