The European Union's top diplomat Josep Borrell says defunding UNRWA "would put hundreds of thousands of lives at risk."
The UN agency provides humanitarian support to Palestinians but multiple countries - including the U.S. - have recently frozen their funding for it.
That's after 12 UNRWA staff have been accused of taking part in the 7th October Hamas attacks on Israel last year.
