Biden & Congressional leaders meet ahead of shutdown deadline

US President Joe Biden is meeting with Congressional leaders to try
and secure a deal ahead of Friday's government shutdown deadline.

The meeting with the two top Democrats and two top Republicans also
comes amid stalled funding for Ukraine and Israel.
