Ukraine's new mobilization bill is rebuffed by lawmakers

Ukrainian lawmakers on Thursday returned a controversial mobilization bill to the government for further amendments after talks were held with defense representatives. The bill has so far been met with fierce criticism from the public and lawmakers who have said some provisions directly violate human rights.
