Police have ruled out the possibility that a deadly crash in
Rochester, New York on New Year's Day was an act of terrorism.
Canisters of gasoline were found at the scene of the crash after two
vehicles slammed into each other killing two people and injuring
several others.
Rochester Police Chief, David Smith has identified the suspect as 35
year old Michael Avery from Syracuse, New York.
He passed away last night.
The FBI's joint terrorism task force will continue with the
investigation as authorities maintain there are still many unanswered
questions.
