Northern Ireland party expected to return to power-sharing

Northern Ireland's Democratic Unionist Party, the DUP, says it has reached a deal with the government in London over post-Brexit trade rules. The agreement is expected to pave the way for a return to power-sharing in the nation, which has had no functional devolved government for two years. Julia Chapman reports.
