Kyiv and Budapest agree to take steps to resolve Hungarian minority issue in Ukraine

Kyiv and Budapest have agreed to establish a special commission to try to resolve disagreements surrounding the treatment of Hungarian minorities living in Ukraine. Hungary has repeatedly accused Ukraine of oppression. This issue has long been a source of strife between the two countries.
