Antonio Guterres calls on the UK and the US to abide by international law

The United Nations Secretary General has called on all parties
involved in the attacks in the Red Sea not to escalate the situation
in the interest of peace and stability.
Antonio Guterres issued a statement following airstrikes across
multiple parts of Yemen by the United States and the United Kingdom.
The two countries say the attacks are in response to Houthi strikes on
commercial shipping vessels in the Red Sea.
