Former US Diplomat arrested on accusations of being a Cuban special agent

A former U.S diplomat has been arrested for allegedly working as a Cuban agent.
It's been reported that 73 year old Manuel Rocha was arrested in Miami
on Friday following a long-running FBI counterintelligence
investigation.
