UN Humanitarian Chief says its operations in Gaza are "in tatters"

The United Nations Humanitarian chief, Martin Griffiths says
hostilities are making humanitarian efforts "nearly impossible" in
Gaza.
Speaking on Thursday, Griffiths told reporters that a humanitarian
ceasefire is needed immediately or thousands of people will die of
hunger.
