Ukraine "needs funding now" to — quote — "continue to fight for freedom in 2024."
That's the plea from the United States's Ambassador to Ukraine, who posted the message to X, formerly known as Twitter.
Bridget Brink's call for additional support comes amid a wave of attacks on Ukraine on Friday, with Russia launching dozens of drones and missiles, "using nearly every type of weapon in its arsenal," according to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
