UK PM gives evidence in COVID-19 inquiry

British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak is being questioned as part of an inquiry into the government's handling of the COVID-19 pandemic. He dismissed the claim that there had been dysfunction in the cabinet of then-leader Boris Johnson, who gave his own evidence last week. Julia Chapman reports.
